The mission of Customer Care Insights is to work with owners and managers to nurture and foster a culture of customer care within their businesses.
Frank has a strong background in leading and managing high volume customer facing operations, starting in his role as MD of Bewley’s Cafes and later at Bewley’s Hotels. He has an innate understanding of, and passion for, all aspects of customer care and his talent is developing and implementing customer focused operating systems and processes that help employees achieve enhanced customer care.
